Founded in
1888 by Walter Morris, the oldest existing real estate firm
in Wichita is still owned aperated by his descendants.
Walter founded the company around developing
residential and commercial properties around Wichita, including
Crown Heights, Sleepy Hollow, and Lincoln Heights. Many of
the commercial properties that Morris developed are still
held by the family company.
Today the company has evolved into a full service development,
brokerage, and investment firm.
